Day 1 Paris, City of Light
Go to the heart of Montmartre, considered as a pastoral refuge of Paris. Visit the “Place du Tertre” with its portrait painters, the Basilica of the Sacré Coeur and the wall of love (this wall is made of 612 tiles with “I love you” written 311 times in 250 languages.)
Proceed to “Place des Vosges” to visit the house of Victor Hugo (also called The Rohan-Guéménée mansion) where he lived from 1832 to 1848. Then, enjoy a cup of tea at Carette, one of the most famous Parisian Tearooms.
Day 2 Paris - Giverny
Set out to Giverny to explore the House of Monet, the great Impressionist painter. Claude Monet lived in his home at Giverny for forty-three years, from 1883 to 1926. Discover his house with its workshop room, its gardens, and its famous green Japanese bridge.
Free visit of the Orangerie Museum (Musée de l’Orangerie). It is a little museum with a surprising masterpiece collection. They are particularly emphasized by the Water Lilies (Les Nymphéas) of Claude Monet, and by a series of 250 impressionist paintings depicting the artist’s flower garden at Giverny.
Then transfer to the opera’s world. Get to the Palais Garnier (Opéra National de Paris), you will be amazed by its rich architecture and decoration.
Day 3 Paris - Versailles
As a Royal City of French “Savoir Vivre and Etiquette”, Versailles has many treasures awaiting your exploration .
You might find some secrets among the harem of French Kings by visiting “le grand Trianon” and “le petit Trianon”, these two palaces were separately built by Louis XIV and Louis XV for his favourite. Then, you will be amazed by the rich and varied collections of Lambinet museum, a XVIIIth century mansion, in Versailles. Part of the museum is devoted to the history of Versailles from the “Ancien Régime” to the Revolution and the XIXth century, the other to the collections of paintings and sculptures from the XVIth to the XVIIIth centuries.
Then start the ”French Art de Vivre” workshop with our French Lady Aristocrat expert; it may take place at our consultant’s house, near the Royal tennis Court, in Versailles. You’ll discover proper table “etiquette”, the art of conversation. French people share some codes and conventions which settle each one’s behaviors in society life. These codes form what we call politeness, courtesy, good manners or “etiquette”, in short the “Savoir Vivre”.

Day 4 Versailles - Paris
Get on the Royal tour of the city’s classic landmarks by horse-drawn carriage in Versailles, just like in the 17th century.
Then, set off for Paris. After lunch you may enjoy different options :

Free time to enjoy shopping in the famous department stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps).
Day 5 Paris - Nice airport
Leave for the Musée d’Orsay (Orsay Museum). You will discover one of the most prestigious art collections in the world. The works of all the great artists from the late 19th and early 20th century are displayed here (Renoir, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Manet, Monet, Matisse,…).
Time to arrive in Nice city. Find your stunning family hotel along the French Rivera with a magnificent view of both the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Dine at the hotel restaurant (you will discover the French gastronomy with a Chinese twist).
Day 6 Nice - Saint-Paul de Vence - Grasse - Nice
Saint-Paul-de-Vence village, ranked as one of the most beautiful villages of France. The medieval village of Saint-Paul de Vence harbours countless treasures within its ramparts with a multitude of art galleries and craft shops. Its regulars included the greatest artists of the 20th century such as Matisse, Chagall who lived here for 19 years, as well as Picasso, Braque and Léger. As an option you may visit Maeght Foundation where you can admire modern and contemporary art in all its forms. Painters and sculptors also collaborated closely in the realization of this Foundation, such as the Giacometti courtyard.
Start the Art Museum tour of the French Riviera with the visit of Musée Picasso (Picasso Museum). Picasso worked at the castle and created numerous works, drawings and paintings such as “ The Joy of Living” and “Satyr”.
Leave for Grasse, the town of perfumes and attend a perfume creation workshop. You will experience the magic of creating your own perfume and get your student-perfumer diploma upon completion of the course.
Day 7 Nice - Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat - Nice
Visit Chagall Museum at Nice. Mark Chagall, a revolutionary artist, was influenced by the movements of Expressionism, Cubism, the museum’s main draw is his famous collection of biblical paintings. You will discover the works of the artist following 5 periods of creation from 1903 to 1985. Then, tour the Matisse Museum to see the lifeworks of popular French painter Henri Matisse.
Travel along the Middle Corniche coastal road to the gorgeous Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula for lunch with a gorgeous view of the sea. After lunch explore the apartments and gardens of Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. The Mansion is filled with antique furniture, old master paintings, sculptures, art objects, and assembled with an extensive collection of rare porcelain. The gardens are classified by the French Ministry of Culture as one of the Notable Gardens of France.
Day 8 Paris - CDG airport
Transfer to Nice airport and departure to Paris CDG airport and return flight to China.
